Dr. med. Jan K. Hennigs is a physician, scientist, and visionary in the field of preventive medicine. Together with the team at YEARS, Germany's first evidence-based longevity clinic, he is developing innovative screening and prevention concepts. His goal is to create a personalized early warning system to detect and mitigate health risks at an early stage.

His medical and scientific career has taken him through the renowned University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), where he worked for over 15 years, most recently as a senior physician and research group leader, and Stanford University, where he spent four years researching the origins of vascular diseases at the intersection of systems biology and molecular medicine. As a co-founder and Medical Director of YEARS, his current focus is on integrating cutting-edge diagnostics, personalized interventions, and molecular aging research to fundamentally improve healthcare.
