Golo Röhrken is a medical doctor, exercise scientist, and performance coach.With a background that bridges elite endurance sports, clinical medicine, and coaching science, his work centers around: making exercise the most powerful drug for long-term health and fitness.

Golo holds a medical degree from the University Medical Center Hamburg (UKE) and completed his doctoral thesis on the impact of endurance training in patients with Multiple Sclerosis. He later earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Science & Coaching from the German Sport University Cologne, where he contributed to research on training intensity and endurance adaptations in triathletes.

As a three-time Ironman World Championship competitor and a sub-9-hour Ironman athlete, Golo combines scientific understanding with real-world experience. Today, he supports athletes, executives, and health-driven individuals in optimizing their VO₂max, metabolic flexibility, and athletic performance — with a strong emphasis on sustainable, long-term health.
