With over 20 years’ experience of working with patients both in the NHS and private sector, general practitioner Dr Nieland works with the HOOKE team to deliver the highest standards of individualised specialist care.Passionate about lifestyle medicine, Dr Nieland employs a ‘lifestyle first’ approach, enabling clients to make positive proactive lifestyle changes towards optimum health.  She firmly believes that we underestimate the power of food and nutrition in our health and wellbeing. She has worked with specialist obesity experts to better understand the complexity of metabolic health, and its role in chronic disease. She also specialises in women’s health with postgraduate qualifications in contraception and menopause management.
