Thanks to his background as an architect, project manager, CEO, Wim Hof instructor, as well as martial arts and breathwork trainer, he brings extensive experience in the areas of teamwork, workplace stress, energy management, performance, burnout, and recovery.
Daniel has passionately practiced the Wim Hof Method for over 15 years and has introduced more than 10,000 people to the method and its breathing techniques. He leads day workshops, group courses, experiential and team retreats, as well as corporate events focused on stress management, energy management, creativity, high performance, and team building.
